About Sarah Brown:
Since being made redundant from an 18 year career at a Call Centre for Currys I've started my own business offering Dog Walking and Other Pet Services, Whilst building my client base I'm looking for part time employment that gives me the flexiblility to continue the Dog walking and work around my family life. I'm open to start something brand new in a new industry and keeping an open mind if it was something I found a new passion for it could be the start of my next Career.

My most recent role at Currys was;
May 2022 – June 2025
- Lead a cross functional team covering compliance, quality assurance and learning & development.
- Support the delivery of the local people strategy, aligning initiatives with broader business goals.
- Maintain and enforce the compliance framework for the secure contact centre.
- Ensured adherence to business standards in line with the Training & Competency Scheme
- Collaborate and support the Operations Team and wider business to deliver a variety of projects and initiatives.
- Lead the Inclusion, Charity, and Events (ICE) team, delivering a year-round calendar of engagement activities.
- Manage relationships with Manufacturers, coordinating regular product training, sales incentives, and securing sponsorship
- Ensuring staff keep up to date on Regulatory / Compliance training and processes.
Key Achievements Developing the ICE (inclusion charity and events) strategy and launching this across the business, this has supported delivery of group leading engagement scores (+89 Esat), Winning the CCA Global Excellence Awards 2025 for Employee Support Team of the Year. Delivering the CLC Annual conference every year, with innovative ideas and improved feedback every time.
