I manage health and wellbeing projects with the help of a super team of Officers, and Community Builders.  My role supports the most vulnerable people in our district, utilising the Asset Based Community Deveopment model to empower and support our residents, whilst partnering with key support organisations and statutory services. 

Also, facilitating joint working across our sector by bringing together experts and funding to meet a lack of services, within our area.

I also have 17 years experience of delivering and managing  specialist exercise teams in Cardiac, Respiratory and Cancer rehabilitation, via direct referrals from GP's, Pulmonary teams and Cardiologists.

15 years with Cotswold District Council, working on health, wellbeing and communities projects.

Experienced in running projects from initiation to completion, recognised for good practice.
