Saranporn Munkong

Hello, my name is Saranporn Munkong, but you can call me Ink. I’m from Thailand and have a strong background in customer service and communication. I hold a Master’s degree in International Marketing Management from Coventry University, UK.

My work experience includes roles as a receptionist at Na Thai Therapy and front-of-house staff at Jinseon Korean BBQ and Noodle Bar, where I developed excellent customer service, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Additionally, I run my own online business, handling sales, marketing, and customer relations, which has strengthened my adaptability and organizational abilities.

I am also a language tutor, teaching Chinese and Thai, which has improved my communication and cultural awareness. One of my key strengths is being multilingual—I speak Chinese, Thai, and English fluently, allowing me to connect with people from different backgrounds. I am highly customer-focused, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure, all of which are essential qualities for a cabin crew member. I am excited about the opportunity to bring my skills and passion for hospitality to Emirates and provide world-class service to passengers.
