My Name is Sarwan, I am a highly organised and qualified Security Trainer. I am looking for new challenges and additional responsibilities. I have done various security qualifications which help me to respond to operational procedures required at management level.

I have worked in the security industry for the past 4 years and I still have a job in one of the big security firms. I have experience in Retail and Pub Security in both Door Supervision and Close Circuit Television. I have First Aid Training along with health and safety Certificates. I have achieved Level 3 in AET Teaching, Physical Intervention and Conflict Management. These qualifications allow me to teach security courses in Door, CCTV, Physical Intervention and Conflict Management. I am also a Close Protection Guard.

Due to my work background as a security trainer. I was highly motivated to do a Master’s in Education to gain QTLS as well as improve my teaching skills. My results from my Post Graduate Diploma motivated me to pursue a Master’s Degree in education. In all my assignments, I have secured distinctions. I plan to work as a lecturer in many subjects.

I am a friendly, high energy professional person who anticipates my team's expectations, from seniors and colleagues while working in a multinational organisation. This skill helps me to set priorities and organises work and believes in team work to achieve goals and targets for the benefit of the company.

I am an employee with a collaborative management style education and ICT has always been a hobby because of which I developed additional skills of repairing computers and fixing ICT Networks. I have graduate level proficiency in Windows and Mac.

I am hence looking forward to working in a professional environment and gaining my career to excel in the field of Security Teaching. I have qualified to obtain a teaching licence and I have completed level 7 Diploma in Education Leadership and Management from Cambridge Leadership School.

I have managed teams of more than ten people while working in many companies in the UK. I am always available in demand among my peers because of my keen to do attitude. I have hobbies which include preaching religion. As a preacher, I have established a large following of likes on Facebook and I am very committed to fulfilling my religious and cultural values and beliefs.
