• Customer Retention responsibilities post sales by customer satisfaction. 
• Tracking the progress of 800+ students’ and guiding them through their academic journey. 
• Establish good working and interpersonal relationships with students and parents. 
• Troubleshoot technical challenges and escalate bug reports with new product launch. 
• Identify product improvements proactively working with Sales, Product Management, and Engineering teams and informing the customers with the updates with cold calling.
• Making different strategies for product launch.
• Using CRM software for communication.
