Scott Emery

Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service and administration.

Acquiring an honours degree in Sports Development from the University of the West of Scotland,

working for David Lloyd Clubs under a variety of roles and most recently working on successful sales

campaigns with established companies AAB People, Just Eat and Yell.

Key skills I have obtained and developed over my time in employment include working with money,

communication and social skills, teamwork, keeping calm in a busy and often stressful environment,

working to deadlines, meeting targets prioritisation and organisational skills as well as dealing with

customer complaints and unforeseen circumstances that may arise. I believe that the skills I have

obtained are transferable to many different careers and I would be more than capable of showing

these skills in any environment. I am an excellent communicator and throughout my life I have

excelled whilst working individually or as part of a team, whether this be at university, employment,

volunteering or whilst playing sports recreationally. Another quality I possess is that I am extremely

hard working, motivated and always carry out a task to the best of my ability, which is shown by the

vast number of signings I have achieved whilst working on the Just Eat campaign. I was able to sign

up 1279 restaurants on to the platform, which was 512 above the targeted amount.
