I am an enthusiastic and experienced electrician with over 20 years experience, who enjoys being part of, as well as leading, a dedicated and productive team. - Leading on contract pricing and material budgeting.
- Distributing work contracts between Nortec Employees.
- Coaching and mentoring electrical apprentices and newly qualified electricians.
- First responder for electrical faults and repairs for company contracts.
- Certification for all completed jobs, working in line with NICEIC.
- Conducted pre-planned maintenance (PPM) checks and uploaded to a centralised online system to ensure auditing could be upheld.
- Key involvement in a number of small and large projects ranging from small domestic electrical tasks to large scale fit-outs.
- Total compliance with the health and safety standards within each individual job.
- Being hands- on as well as leading a range of contractors and team members, with responsibility for large personnel.
- Responsible for ensuring financial budgets are controlled and kept within prescribed financial limits.
- Serviced the maintenance of electrical equipment on large scale properties covering call outs and routine checks.
- Utilising strong organisation and planning skills in sourcing and arranging correct equipment and materials in readiness for each new project.
- Completing timely and accurate test certification upon completion in line with current legislation, in addition to producing materials checklists ready for final invoicing.
- Upholding high standards and a strong local reputation through professional presentation both personally and in terms of maintenance and cleanliness of the company van/ equipment.
- Always ensuring the delivery of a first class service to all clients.
- Sub- contracted to New City Electrical to run and manage various different projects.
- Processing the relevant paper work for each job as soon as possible, to ensure deadlines can be met.
