I am an experienced professional specializing in Automotive Cybersecurity, with over 30 years at ZF Group and a proven track record in leading engineering teams, cybersecurity processes, and product development for global projects. Currently, I serve as Cybersecurity Engineering Manager at ZF Automotive UK Limited, where I oversee the Cybersecurity Service department, leading a team of seven to provide cybersecurity services for automotive projects in compliance with ISO 21434, UNECE R155, and internal CSMS standards. My work includes system-level fuzz testing for automotive ECUs and delivering Threat Analysis and Risk Assessment (TARA) services for both automotive and non-automotive applications.

Previously, as Project Engineering Manager, I managed high-impact projects for Jaguar Land Rover (JLR), including the development of 8HP transmissions, handling a budget of 10 million Euros and overseeing more than 40 indirect staff. I successfully implemented digital transformation initiatives such as KPI reporting via PowerBI, digital signatures through DocuSign, and process automation with PowerApps integrated into SAP.

At ZF do Brasil, I held the role of Product Engineering Manager for the Industrial Division, leading teams in CAD, CAE, and PLM disciplines, and driving innovation in transmissions for agricultural, construction, and marine machinery. My academic contributions as a university professor further reflect my passion for mentoring and sharing knowledge.
