About Shabana Akhter:

My main responsibility as a care assistant was tending to the needs of my residents was bathing, changing sanitary, dressing, feeding, overall making sure they were well cared for. 

 

Experience

Maintaining composure at all times was crucial when I was dealing with residents who were diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and dementia and at times when the situation arise, I had to constantly keep reassuring them.
