Our children, in my opinion, are the future. Each one of them has the capacity to offer the world something remarkable and one-of-a-kind. Teaching is a significant and honourable profession that requires dedication. Every day, in classrooms across the world, there are miracles, lessons learned, healing, laughter, sharing, and love. As a teacher, I have had the chance to positively influence students' lives, which is a tremendous admiration that shouldn't be taken lightly. My approach to teaching is to create an environment that encourages supervised exploration. I think the best learning occurs in practical and relevant environments. 

As a professional primary school educator with more than nine years of teaching experience, I offer a proven track record of excellent curriculum development strategies to cater to all students’ needs in my care and beyond, with specializations in EAL, SEN and ESL. With exceptional classroom management skills and effective assessment for learning in Numeracy, Literacy and Science as the core subjects, I have developed a reading program for students whose first language is not English. This has promoted deeper learning prospects for me and the children and I have been able to deliver this to respected teachers in school. Ensuring that cross-curricular links via literacy are the key focal point of education. As a bilingual individual, who speaks four languages, I wholeheartedly believe that children having their home language as a foundation and then learning a new language to develop their educational journey has substantial benefits for all as they bring in their cultural experiences that can be shared and explored to widen children’s thinking and diversity. I have great planning, preparation, and teaching theories to create critical thinking and learning opportunities for students to initiate and take learning into their own hands through various teaching styles; visual, kinesthetic, auditory, and visual. 

In addition to completing my bachelor’s in Primary Education with a QTS, I am in the final stages of completing my Master’s in Education from the University of Leeds in the United Kingdom. I believe this would elevate my skills as a professional and allow room for professional development in excelling in my leadership skills as Lead Teacher for Cycle one.
