Currently at University studying a masters in Criminology and Criminal Justice, with a consistent passion to keep learning and improving myself.

My most recent professional experience was while studying at university, working with Sales and customer service. I have worked in fast paced and situations that can be seen as stressful but always remained professional.

Manchester United Program Sales Assistant – (September 2019 – March 2020)

• Selling matchday programmes as well upselling other merchandise.

• Greeting potential customers with a friendly face and answering any queries they may have regarding the matchday experience.

• Setting up stock and opening and locking up booths.

• At the conclusion of each shift, precisely counted and balanced the cash drawer while maintaining 100% accuracy.

 NHS – Call Handler – (February – April 2021)

• Calling Individuals whose Covid_19 test came back positive through the phone and obtaining information about who they may have been in contact with and their contact details.

• Answering any queries, the individuals may have had and offering support.

• Strengthened my ability to work with others through assignments.

 Covid_19 Testing Process Operative contracted by HealthWorks LTD – (May – July 2021)

• Conducted Covid_19 tests for students and staff members attending University of Manchester.

• Assisting some students and staff with the swabbing process.

• Ensuring all test results are accurately read and scanned into the NHS system.

• Ensured a deep clean of the testing site is carried out at the end of each day.

• Followed all clinical procedures provided by the NHS.

• Ensuring testing kits and PPE is adequately stocked and replenished.

Student at The University of Law Manchester and graduated in Law with Criminology and now studying a Masters in Criminology and Criminal Justice.
