I have worked in Retail for 25 years where I developed most of my experience.  I have a passion for in sales and what drives me most is to achieve my goals. I currently work in Optics and I am looking to expand my skills and exploring to find my dream job.

 

Its time for  a change, time to innovate in the world we live in.

My strength as a leader is to lead by example , focus on delivering the best, time management and perfectionist.

Managing the business, motivate the team to deliver sales targets

Payroll, Rotas, Locum Hiring Optoms, Reviews, Recruitment, Stock Management

My objective is to go above and beyond and i have evidence to be on top of my performance as a Manager. I achieved top sales growth out of 500 stores.
