I have been an invaluable asset to the organisations I’ve worked for thanks to my excellent customer service and communication skills as well as my professional expertise in the field. I have been in the food business for about 3 years and i have learnt a lot of important skills and experience that will make a huge impact in my future career.

I had worked at Elegant Interwood Designs, a kitchen showroom for 2 years, my jobs was as customers entered the store, it was my responsibly to welcome them, assist them, and informed them of the products that were offered at the store. Given that I spent a large portion of my job servicing clients, I had excellent communication and customer service abilities.

I worked at McDonalds for nearly a year,  I was responsible for cooking and preparation, I was able to learn many useful skills, like customer service, management and communication, by working in a fast-paced environment with a large volume of customers. 

I have also worked at Subway for 4-5 months, I was responsible for taking the orders, producing the desired product that the customer wants and then using the till to sell the products. I was helped out cleaning the store such as spraying and wiping the tables and chairs, brush the whole shop floor and then mopping it.

I have studied Business Btec Level 3 and IT Btec at Parrswood Sixth Form, I was a very polite student keen on getting the best grades, I passed all my exams and have decided to take a gap year.
