Shahnaz Ahmed

Hello, 

My name is Shahnaz and I am a final year Biomed student. I am about to graduate in summer of 2023 and I am now looking into new opportunities where I can further develop on my skills, learn and get inspired! I have a passion for the Sustainable development goals (SDGs) and would love to work more closely with these goals in mind. 

I have many years of customers service experience so I can confidently say that I know my way around “difficult” customers, awkward situations and interacting with clients that might need a bit more care and empathy. I simply love helping and working with other people, I feel a sense of accomplishment when I resolve the concerns of my clients. I have worked in teams and independently on projects when needed so I know I can accommodate to any situation. Once given and completed my trainings at any previous job I have been confident in my role when making decisions, wither that be advising customer of return policies or advising new colleagues on how best to follow through with protocols. I am not someone that necessarily needs to be told what to do, I can take initiative if needed.
