s  Choctaw Durant is a AAA 4 Diamond Resort with over 1500 rooms that has an exclusive ONYX tier guest experience and VIP services is one branch.

s  Was first point of contact for guests checking in to the resort and was responsible for making complete reservations which included Casino Rates, Direct Marketing, and Complimentary.

s  Acted as a liaison between our 1832 Steakhouse, spa, VIP hosts, Aqua Pool Cabanas, housekeeping, and other resort departments to create the ultimate guest experience.

s  Responsible for daily arrivals, ETA’s for high roller guests, availability, room blocking for Player Development, and duplicates.  Every two hours on the hour, these tasks were sent to Director of Player Development.

s  Used Outlook, Excel, Super Playmate, Loyalty Lite, and LMS simultaneously to check guest status, hotel room availability, room rates, special features, service offerings, to keep guest information up to date, adjust charges on rooms, and communicate with team members
