Shannay Beale

I am actively looking for work or a chance to learn a trade whilst working, for example; by doing an apprenticeship.

I am passionate about mental health, the reduction and elimination of health inequalities, and better promotion of mental healthcare resources to the public.

Additionally I have an interest in creative projects, such as sketching, sewing, and working with clay. I often have ideas for what I want to make, sketch out designs, and make them a reality with the creative skills I've developed in my own time.

• NCFE CACHE Technical Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care
• 2300 hours of healthcare work experience with University
• Previously a student Mental Health Ambassador at College
• Previous experience working in fast-paced food and customer orientated jobs.

• Subway- Sandwich Artist: cleaning, cash handling, multitasking, teamwork, customer service, food hygiene
• Mcdonalds- Crew Member: food handling and hygiene, teamworking in large busy teams, time management, cleaning, custome service, cash handling.
• Burger King- Crew Member: food handling and hygiene, teamwork, working in a fast paced environment, multitasking, cleaning, using initiative and working independently.
• Healthcare Placements- Student: 2300 hours of mental health nursing specific placements accross lincolnshire. Patient care, working in a fast paced environment, learning new systems, use of technology, administrative responsibilities, working in the community.
