Hello, my name is Shanon and I am a human resources manager with a specialization in the psychology of selection processes and candidates. Over the years, I have gained extensive experience working in the recruitment industry and as an HR manager in three different companies.

In my role as a recruiter, I have had the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients, helping them to find the best candidates for their organizations.
