About Sharon Blackett:
Experienced Human Resources Business Partner with a demonstrated history of 17 years experience of working in a HR function as a HR Generalist and Strategic HR Business Partner.
Specialist in all aspects of Employee Relation Matters including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances and absence management.
Responsible to support all levels of operational management regarding the full Employee Life Cycle. Providing guidance on all aspects of HR including policies and guidelines, performance management and coaching.
Associate’s Degree focused in CIPD Intermediate Certificate (Level 5) in Human Resource Management (2015).
Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Always strive to achieve a high standard of performance and apply a methodical way of working.
