Shaurya Chaturvedi

Studying MSc in Advanced Manufacturing Technology and Systems Management at The University of Manchester, 22-year-old Indian aspiring to become a professional in this field. Seeking a graduate role in Singapore.

I have an experience in this field having worked at the sugar mill twice as an intern for 6 months. I have manufacturing roots from my family as we own one of the oldest timber factories in India. Those which I feel are my strongest areas are analytical problem solving, innovative thinking, and communicating across multiple levels. Recently while doing my Master’s here at the University of Manchester I developed an FPGA code to perform safety check simulations on industrial devices. My undergrad project on manufacturing gears for disabled persons driving a vehicle involved an analytical and innovative approach to creating that device. With such contributions, I feel that this scheme perfectly fits my vision and passion for the stream of manufacturing.

I will graduate from The University of Manchester in September 2023 with an expected merit grade, my undergraduate coursework was in India where I secured a whopping 90.8% ranking in the top 5 of the entire batch.
