As a customer service manager, I have developed staff rotas and managed payroll for in-store personnel. My responsibilities included providing pawnbroking, retail, foreign exchange, Western Union services, and auction operations. I utilised my administrative skills for both the store and head office, which involved responding to emails, handling store maintenance documentation, managing financial budgets, and tracking expenditures. I collaborated with other stores and departments to enhance the quality of the work environment. Additionally, I conducted market analysis for luxury assets and gold pricing, while leading marketing initiatives to increase store traffic. I effectively managed staff schedules and oversaw a variety of financial services, thereby driving operational efficiency. I also completed an internship at Youth Music Theatre as a Marketing, Casting, and Administration Assistant, where I participated in casting sessions and engaged with music, acting, and dance directors regarding casting decisions. I collaborated with the marketing team to create engaging show posters, managed audition data, and contributed to the casting process alongside directors. I meticulously organised audition forms, calculated scores, and maintained a comprehensive database and physical records for all applicants.
