An executive leader with over twenty-five years’ experience with a proven track record in successfully leading school strategic development and outcomes for some of the highest performing international schools and national multiacademy trusts, faith and non-denomination school in numerous local authorities. Leading and navigating through the various iterations of national inspection frameworks in the most deprived and challenging inner city community contexts and as part of a wider network team function reporting to Executive Boards.

Proven track record in delivering school improvement in raising academic standards, attendance, behaviour, SEND and educational technology from early years to sixth form.

International experience as an inspector, fellow and member of associations such as Challenge Partners Education Advisory Group, Chartered College of Teaching and Royal Society of Arts, has provided me a strategic platform to collaborate with colleagues on developing solutions to the ever-changing educational landscape.
