 I have worked in the customer service industry for many years, working in education and commercial businesses  gaining a vast amount of experience in administrative work, carrying out reception duties  such greeting customers and making them feel valued and welcome, dealing with customer enquiries both face to face and over the phone, I have excellent communication skills and I am able to deal with challenging situations, I am polite, friendly, approachable, professional, confident and adaptable. I have worked in teams successfully, I enjoy being part of a team, supporting and helping each other to meet organisational goals. I am also very confident working on my own, I am organised, practical and proactive and like to keep myself busy and motivated.
