I have undertaken a range of professional development training and courses to increase my knowledge of database administration, digital marketing, CCTV Operator, and IT skills in general.  This includes online study for MCSA (Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate: SQL Server 2012/2014) certification, training with Cerco IT, Level 2 IT Skills, BTEC Level 1 & 3, Software Tester( QA’s Digital Skills Boot Camps 2022-2023).In my current role as a control room/CCTV operator, I do a lot of data entry and analyzing incidents to solve problems detected and implement security measures when required. Also, I have gained some learning experience from the ongoing QA boot camp as a software tester by checking the security of applications and testing their vulnerability to attacks, looking for bugs or errors, and making sure products are of high quality and fit for purpose. Modules covered include. Fundamental principles of testing, Static testing, and the review process, Agile testing and the SDLC, Test automation, Black box, White box, and Experience-based Test Technique.
