Shreya is a Nepal qualified lawyer with a keen interest in international arbitration. 

She has been involved in multiple complex arbitrations in South Asia and Europe concerning an international airport, airport baggage handling system, roads, a hotel refurbishment for a 5-star hotel and multiple hydropower projects. 

In addition to her experience with arbitration, Shreya has advised clients on foreign investment matters, contract drafting, negotiation, mediation and company compliance matters. 

While working in Nepal, she also gained litigation experience and regularly submitted oral and written arguments on behalf of her clients before the District and High Courts of Nepal.
