Shruthy Subhash

I graduated from Anglia Ruskin University with a Master’s of Science in computer science. During my academic career, I had the opportunity to develop and refine several technical skills, including programming languages (C, C++, Java PHP, Python), database management (SQL), and data analysis. Have knowledge of android and linux. I have excellent knowledge of MS office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. As part of academic reports and dissertation I have used these numerous times

I enjoy working collaboratively. I have worked on several projects with my fellow students during my Bachelor’s degree and for Masters. We work as a team right from the concept stage, brainstorming, debating, and developing projects. I am good at forging enduring and professional relationships with people I work with. I ensure that I provide support to my team mates when they need assistance so that we can deliver the project successfully and the timelines are adhered to. I like to focus on people’s strength and inspire them to work with commitment to achieve common goals. 

I rely on reflective practice and continuous learning. I believe that there is always a common ground, recognising that is important for teamwork and collaboration. I am also aware and sensitive to other people’s needs and requirements. I engage and interact with everyone in an open and supportive way.

In my job as a project analyst trainee I analysed the online retail sales data for business and also learned to generate online sales reports, analysing trends in customer purchases and evaluating changes in the online retail market.I worked with my colleagues, collaborating and assisting where necessary to achieve the objectives.

 I am an effective communicator with good people skills. I can build rapport with people from all ages and backgrounds. I believe that communicating effectively requires understanding the information clearly and approaching it from the listener’s point of view. I am a good listener with excellent written and verbal skills. 

I like taking initiative and keeping an open mind, actively seeking opportunities and solutions that may be helpful to achieve better results. In my quest for achieving efficiency and success, I am open to learning from others and thinking creatively.

I seek continuous growth as a person and am open to learning new things and learning from my mistakes.  I’m keen to learn and share best practices that improve efficiency and constantly review the process, which I use to achieve outcomes.

I can adapt and embrace change quickly, and am able to see the benefits of a positive change to meet the needs of a changing environment.  I am a quick learner and I enjoy learning new programs and skills. I regularly update my technology, software skills by teaching myself through online courses and research. 

I am committed and hardworking with a can-do attitude. I can work independently, making sure that I fulfil the requirements of the role and contribute effectively to my team and to the organisation. I am very organised and always list out my tasks so that I can prioritise and manage my time efficiently. This helps me work under pressure without being overwhelmed.
