My most recent job allowed me to work in football/cricket stadiums, horse racecourses, concerts, law firms and banks. I have over a year experience behind a bar and working behind a kiosk as a supervisor. Taking part in fine dining and providing the best service to high list companies and people. I have gained lots of customer facing experiences and interpersonal skills, being extremely attentive towards customer needs. I have worked alongside as a team with catering and front of house to deliver an organised and successful day for customers. My time at evolve involved being put in new experiences and having to adapt quickly to the role.

During my time as an assistant advisor, I gained the following skills:

Throughout the months experience I spent time with individuals with learning and physical disabilities and people with moderate to severe dementia in residential homes or at other services. I supported service users with all aspects of daily living and provided company to the individuals. The overall goal was to have firsthand experience with people who do not have it easy as the rest of us and deal with the pressures that come with managing and carrying out daily tasks to make these individuals feel as comfortable as possible.
