About Sidra Mumtaz:

I am currently a sixth form student studying A level biology, chemistry, and physics. I have worked for Sea Fish for over a year, and I volunteer for BHF, Age UK, and Kissing It Better. 

Experience

I currently work at Sea Fish as a takeaway staff member. My team take, plate, and serve over 110 orders per day. This includes walk-ins, collections, telephone orders, deliveries, and dealing with complaints. This is a very fast paced work environment and I bring a positive, can do attitude, I am organised, uplift others, can multitask and always make sure the customer's needs are top priority. This means solving complaints to the best of my ability and remIning calm in stressful situations.

Education

I achieved 8 GCSEs and 1 Level 1 BTEC in Health and Social care. I am currently working towards 3 A-levels in biology, chemistry and physics.
