I have worked for two different social platforms which are used worldwide as a content moderator initially and then as a Subject matter expert for almost a year and grown to be a Quality analyst. As an SME and QA, I used to work on policy changes that could help the platform more safer. I used to conduct regular sessions for my peers to have an update on the trends and policy changes.
