Working as a Laboratory Analyst in the quality control department at Mitr Phol Group, Thailand and
Asia's largest sugar and bio-energy producer. My main duties were testing sugarcane samples in the
laboratory to ensure products met all required customer and legal safety requirements before being
shipped. It was also important that the laboratory environment was kept clean and at the end of every
shift I was responsible for a full deep clean of all working areas.

against an agreed specification and reject any that were not of sufficient quality for re-working. This role required a high level of attention to detail.

CK Shoes had a number of contracts with large multi-national companies such as DrMartens. I was responsible for stiching and sewing leather shoes by hand and applying glue, working toexact specification sheets to manufacture shoes to meet the specific order requirements. I also had tomanufacture accessories such as leather bags.

I am currently employed on a zero-hours contract with Lemongrass Cafe in the Moor Market, Sheffield. Iwork on average 4 or 5 days a week.
I joined the team as a Kitchen Assistant where my role involves preparing food, assisting the chef asrequired, serving customers and extensive cleaning of the kitchen and preparation areas each day. Ihave also stepped up into the role of chef for a number of extended periods to cover their annual leave.
In my role I have worked both for the Lemongrass Cafe and it's sister cafe in the market Mango vegancafe and have gained experience working within strict dietary and allergy restrictions and segration.
