With a "can-do" attitude,  A passionate, engaging and empowering Trainer with over 36 years of expereince of elevating excellence and empowering people to move from a victomhood mindset t ena empowered mindset.

My professional journey demonstrates robust expertise and sound assessment knowledge, utilising my skills in coaching, training, leadership, personal development, and social care.
