I am a enthusiastic, experienced and skilful Customer Service Agent providing high quality service to customers, ensuring all their needs are met and they are more than satisfied with the service I provide. I consider myself as a people's person and my previous work experience adds onto said thought heavily with over 8 years experience directly communicating with and giving customers excellent service for multiple different companies. Now at 26 years old, I am looking for a long term, challenging job to get into to further build on my Work Experience and hopefully get comfortable in and spend as much time putting my most into it.

I spent two years working at KFC at a young age learning all the basics of 'work'. From talking to customers at the tills, the drive through, working with the team preparing food to even being a team manager before I left my role at the company. Every night working at KFC from the age of 16, I hit all my daily targets, providing a good service for the companies all while maintaining and ensuring I have a positive and vibrant attitude to customers also giving them the best service I could. 
 

I spent 6 years working for FedEx, working my way up from a new beginner Customer Service Agent all the way up to a Senior Customer Service Agent during my time there. I efficiently worked from just answering inbound calls, directly working with customers and depo's across the UK, tracking down customers Parcels, missing and damaged goods along with providing them with details on their purchases. From this, I moved up to a Senior Agent where I took more of a leadership role where along with still providing a great service for customers, I was tasked with letting other Service Agents know what they needed to do during their work times along with providing them with as much assistance as I could whilst I also managed my own increased workload as a Senior Agent. Through my years at work, this was my 'best' job as I felt very comfortable, the team was very close, everyone would communicate perfectly and this is the type of job im currently looking for as my next endeavour, I only lost this job due to the merger between FedEx and TNT. 

I recently had a short, temporary employment as Morrisons doing customer service. I worked mainly at the tills, working directly with customers, providing a vibrant and happy attitude to ensure they got the best service I could provide them with. I had the opportunity to stay on as a supervisor at Morissons but did not feel like it was the correct role for me at the time.

I currently work for Direct Commercial Flooring as a customer service agent. My main roles at this moment in time is to efficiently communicate with managers, independent fitters and customers to book said fitters in to complete remedial work on newly built houses.
 

I have passed all my GCSE’s with grades A-D.
