A voluntary role to gain veterinary experience to enhance job prospects. Supporting veterinary staff monitoring animal welfare. Checking animals daily and monitor their health, clean out kennels, enclosures, or cages, prepare food and help at feeding times.  Clean and groom animals, look after sick or distressed animals both in theatre or consultation, assist the vet in surgery passing implements and then helping to sterilise all equipmentbefore and after use. I would and make sure animals were exercised regularly.

A Christmas temporary role assisting and serving customers with jewellerypurchases. Serving and advising customers.  Unpacking and sorting new stock deliveries, arranging goods in displays and on shelves, promote products, take cash, and card payments and make sure the till balances, handle customer returns, refund payments and log details, meet sales targetsand keep the store clean and tidy.

A voluntary role with a local charity responsible for sorting donations such as clothing and bric-a-brac then decide on what is suitable for retail. Ioversee the valuing, pricing, and coding of items then take the items onto the shop floor to display in colour order. Creating seasonal displays which require a level of creative competence to attract customers. General housekeeping and raising awareness of the good work that the charity provides within our community.

I work as a volunteer at a local riding school through my passion for horses and riding. I support young children including children with limited abilities to mount the horses and lead them out into the compound. I also educate them in how to care and tend the horses ensuring full compliance with Health and Safety of both the children and the horses. I am responsible for at least 10 horses giving them food and water, replacing their bedding, cleaning equipment like saddles and bridles, cleaning and brushing the horses’ coats, mucking out stables, monitoring the condition of horses and reporting problems, ensuring they were tacked up and follow instructions from vets when treatment was required.

Volunteering as a catering assistant raising funds for a local charity. Assist with the preparation and serving of snacks and refreshments to the players, their families, and any spectators.
