About Sophie Jess:

School student and competitive swimmer. I completed my Bronze Duke of Edinburgh Award in 2022 which allowed me to develop my organisational and team working skills. I also undertook the St John’s Ambulance First Aid course for my skills section of the award. I successfully undertook and passed the Royal Lifesaving Society (RLSS) UK Level 3 Award in Pool Lifeguarding (Unit 1 -3) and the RLSS UK Level 2 Award in Automated External Defibrillator – AED in January 2025.
