I am a dedicated and motivated 21-year-old graduate with a BSc (Hons) in Sports and Exercise Science from the University of Brighton. Through my degree, I have developed a strong foundation in data analysis, applied research methods, and the use of high-grade sports technology to assess and enhance athletic performance. I have also gained practical experience in biomechanics, physiology, and performance testing, which has deepened my understanding of evidence-based practice in sport and exercise settings.

I am currently seeking  employment to further develop my professional skills and contribute to a dynamic, sports-focused environment. I am organised, dependable, physically fit, and have a proven record of excellent attendance and punctuality. With strong verbal and written communication abilities, a proactive approach to learning, and a passion for health and performance, I am eager to contribute effectively to any team.

While I currently have limited direct industry experience, I have completed a comprehensive three-year BSc (Hons) degree in Sports and Exercise Science at the University of Brighton, which provided in-depth exposure to the sports and health sector. My studies included both theoretical and practical elements, covering key areas such as physiology, biomechanics, performance analysis, and exercise prescription.

As part of the course, I completed structured placements that allowed me to apply academic knowledge in real-world settings, gaining valuable insight into professional practice and working with both individuals and teams. These experiences, combined with my academic training, have equipped me with a strong foundation to contribute effectively in a sports-related role and to continue developing my practical skills.

Additionally, the program included hands-on placements that allowed me to apply my knowledge in real-world environments, working with athletes and individuals to enhance their performance and well-being.
