B) Blue Skies Space Ltd:

1. Pricing Strategy: Developed a product pricing strategy, incentive models, and a five-year sales forecast using financial modelling tools and raw client data, aligned with the client’s objectives, resulting in a quantified yearly revenue of over £1.5M.
2. Market Analysis: Conducted comprehensive research and created a targeted database of 200 potential buyers from European Universities; segmented buyers by purchase likelihood to develop a final go-to-market strategy by July 2023.
