  • Preparing and submitting appeals to the IAC against decisions of the Entry Clearance Officer and the Secretary of State for the Home Department in relation to asylum, entry clearance, European, human rights and Points Based applications etc.
  • Coordinate with external experts (e.g., barristers, country experts, psychologists) on cases that require specialised insight, ensuring optimal representation for clients.

 

  • Develop and implement strategic goals for the legal department, aligning with the firm’s vision and business objectives, particularly in the rapidly changing field of immigration law.

 

  • Develop and implement research systems to keep the team updated on the latest developments, particularly in areas such as asylum law, employment immigration, and appeals.

 

  • Assisted with the development of department-wide initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and client satisfaction including the implementation of a case management system.
