Collaboration with Stakeholders: I work closely with other departments, such as IT and customer support, to align our services with business objectives and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Continual Improvement: I implement best practices and procedures for network management, always striving for continuous improvement in both efficiency and service quality.

have over 19 years of extensive experience in network operations and service delivery management, specialising in incident, fault, and problem management. My career spans various roles, including Service Delivery Manager and Head of Network Operations.
