Stephanie Bradbeer
Services provided: Project Management , Public Relations (PR)
About Stephanie Bradbeer:
I have over eleven years of experience in the communications sector, working for top brands and organisations, specialising in Consumer, Wellness, Technology, Education, Food & Drink, Pharma and Non-Profit sectors.
My current role is strategic, using thought leadership and creative profile-raising approaches, to benefit clients’ causes and drive organisational growth. My role includes planning and implementation of B2B and B2C strategies, campaign development and management, event management, media relations, digital and social media management, reputation and stakeholder management, people management and crisis PR.
I am an incredibly driven, vibrant, and highly organised team player, with numerous strong relationships with key media leaders. I have continued success achieving coverage in national, trade and local publications and strong journalist connections in publications such as The Times, The Guardian and Independent.
My character, industry expertise and creativity has developed into years of demonstrated success in leading campaigns to drive awareness and improve the image of brands and organisations. I am a confident leader, able to engage people in public speaking, and have successfully managed several high-performing teams in the industry. For example, I had recently been tasked with promoting the diversity and inclusion efforts for Pearson Schools, driving campaigns and events that support equity and spark a conversation about inclusion and change. We worked with inspirational industry leaders and created a lot of positive noise around Pearson.
A considerable proportion of my career has been spent in the direct-to-consumer Health and Fitness and Technology sectors, with clients including Boots, F45, Everyone Active, Samsung and Sony. I have been responsible for strategic planning, account leadership, media relations, team management, event management, social media, and influencer strategy. Working for large media agencies such as Ogilvy, Ketchum and Fever PR gave me a great deal of confidence and allowed me to get comfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Throughout my career, I have also worked for and in collaboration with key social organisations in the UK that have all had different priorities, challenges, and ambitions, such as the Herts and Middlesex Wildlife Trust, Mayhew Animal Shelter, Mind and Antony Nolan. I have worked with all of these organisations to understand their organisational voice and direction, assessed their needs and challenges, and then strategised with their Senior Leadership Team to write and implement successful communications campaigns against measurable KPIs. Working with charities has afforded me a broad knowledge of how to reach audiences, how to communicate with emotion and credibility, and how to drive positive action.
I am also an experienced writer, with many published articles in magazines, national newspapers, and consumer websites such as Daily Express and Women’s Health.
