Stephen has been responsible for leading the delivery of major capital programmes / projects, through the full business lifecycle. The projects have included highly complex private

and public sector assignments ranging up to £1.25bn, across the infrastructure, commercial and residential sectors. Stephen has a solid background and experience working within

a number of delivery environments – Client / Consultancy / Developer / Contractor.
