With extensive experience in technology transformation, governance, and leadership within global financial organisations, my primary strength lies in cultivating high-trust, collaborative partnerships amongst these stakeholders to drive meaningful change.

My approach centres on deeply understanding business, client, and stakeholder motivations to break down silos and build empowered, commercially aware teams that excel in complex, dynamic environments.
