Experience

  • Excellent Mechanical Maintenance and Installation skills with experience on heavy-duty machinery breakdowns, planned and preventative maintenance, fault finding and continuous improvement integration.
  • Skilled in Machining, ability to manufacture and alter components using milling machines and lathes, ability to interpret complex engineering drawings as well as make alterations when necessary.
  • Welding and Fabrication experience, using MIG and shielded metal arc welding (stick welding).
  • Siemens PLC Knowledge.

Education

  • Institute for Apprenticeships & Technical Education – Engineering Fitter Level 3.
  • IPAF – Operator Training Certificate (Mobile Vertical – 3a & Mobile Boom – 3b).
  • ROSPA – IOSH – Working Safely.
  • EAL Level 2 Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering.
  • EAL Level 2 Foundation Gateway Assessment.
  • Pearson BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering.
  • EAL Industrial PLC Maintenance & Fault Finding Professional Modules 1&2.
  • Tyne Metroplitan College – Introduction to MIG Welding.
