With over 15 years of experience in senior roles I deliver a commercially astute and highly analytical perspective on all aspects that contribute to running a successful data driven business.

IT and Systems: Having started my career in IT I have a wealth of IT experience and the ability to optimise systems to drive productivity. I have previously used new technologies and IT partners to maximise the efficiency of the business and its processes. I am an expert user of all MS Office applications with skills in Excel, VBA, SQL, VB.NET, Power Apps, Power Automate, Python and have used Power BI extensively to build productive MI dashboards. I have been responsible for group wide data analysis, both gathering and presenting to key stakeholders to deliver insights and drive business strategy.

Commercial Strength: I have strong commercial acumen coupled with an ability to take a strategic view to identify commercially attractive opportunities. 

Leadership: My leadership style is to promote collaboration and encourage autonomy whilst setting clear targets coupled with practical achievable goals.  My aim has always been to strive to inspire my team resulting in a proactive productive workforce.

Financial Forecasting and Budgeting: With a solid accounting background I am at ease when analysing or producing company financial reports and cash flows and I am particularly skilled at building models to aid forecasting and excel in delivering both clear and concise reports that accurately tell a meaningful story.
