As a previous Operation Manager in Afghanistan my special skills are writing SOPs as well as writing Evacuation Plans for every scenario possible.

Risk Management G4S. (London) August 21 - November 21 Service Excellence Team
Remediation and Improvements Manager - as part of the G4S Risk Management Service Excellence Team. This was a diverse and challenging role concentrating on the Managed Quarantine Service Hotel project, which employed security staff at 54 hotels (approximately 5000 staff), primarily troubleshooting and investigating issues raised in service quality from subcontracted security service providers. Also carried out in depth investigations that had been raised through the G4S whistle- blower channels. Reviewed and rewrote standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the project, along with risk assessments for the wider G4S SS UK business concerning issues arising from non-payment and late payments.
 

Operations Manager / Deputy Operations Manager (FCDO) GardaWorld, Afghanistan. July 2021-August 2022
Operation Manager for GW on the FCO contract in Kabul Afghanistan. Duties to which include
● Client briefing when they first enter country to include up to date intelligence brief
● all alarm systems used within the embassy and actions on any incidents that may occur.
● Running and taking Close protection teams looking after Diplomats in Afghanistan.
● Keep all teams up to date with current intelligence.
● Running the operations room in case off any incident
● Report to the SOSM (Senior Overseas Security manager).
● Coordinate all Close protection officers leave cycle.Attend Daily/weekly briefs with the
SOSM/OSM.

Feb I Start my Level 5 In security management.
