I have been in technical writing, testing, knowledge management, and client servicing for more than 20 years. Over this time, I have produced technical literature for a wide range of products, aimed at an equally diverse range of audiences. From this rich experience, I have developed a skill for clear and accurate writing combined with a flair for the design and presentation of traditional paper manuals and electronic documents. I follow the evolution of the technology surrounding technical publications with much enthusiasm. I have a genuine passion for and interest in delivering technical content and a desire to make a difference. I manage and share knowledge through online training, the knowledge base, Confluence, and the website. I analyse requirement documents and provide inputs to fill the gap that exists between the requirement and the development. I manage issues—I identify, report, and track through fixes. Good at creating evidence to justify and clarify the issue identified. Hands-on experience in troubleshooting technical and UI issues. I am flexible and adaptable and capable of communicating effectively and confidently with a wide range of people across the globe. I am organised and efficient with excellent interpersonal skills. I am self-motivated and have a proactive attitude with a desire to learn and progress. Excel in meeting objectives using independent action, prioritisation, persistence, and leadership skills.
