As highlighted in my attached CV, I have honed my customer service skills through my experiences at Golborne Pharmacy and Layla Bakery. At Golborne Pharmacy, I assisted customers in finding their desired products and ensured a pleasant shopping experience. My role at Layla Bakery further developed my ability to serve customers efficiently, maintain cleanliness, and work collaboratively with my team. These roles have equipped me with excellent social skills, patience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure—qualities that I believe are essential for providing outstanding customer service.
In addition to my professional experiences, I am currently pursuing a BTEC National Foundation Diploma in Business at Morley College, which has further refined my organizational and time management skills. My educational background, combined with my work experience, has prepared me to tackle various challenges and adapt to new environments seamlessly.
Beyond my professional and academic qualifications, I have a deep passion for fashion.I enjoy staying updated with the latest fashion trends and experimenting with different styles.
