I had worked in Canteen Store Department (CSD) as a Customer Service Representative from September, 2022-March, 2023 respectively. And my job description is as follow:

• Dealing with customers and their inquiries, complaints and queries. 

• Maintaining the customer service records. 

• Handling mails and phone calls and book-keeping.
