I am an enthusiastic, hardworking confident individual with great communication skills, which tends to get along with all kinds of people. I believe to have great time management skills by making sure I get from point A to point B on time by being organized and punctual. I work well in teams, but also capable of working independently, so if left in a situation I will make sure to handle it in the best way possible. I am flexible and quick on my feet, so if there wasn’t enough staff in the store, I’ll try to help as many customers as I can. From experience I know that working in retail that customer service is a very important aspect, which is why I enjoy talking to the customers and finding out exactly what they are looking for. I like the challenge of meeting the customer’s needs by making useful suggestions and making sure the customer leaves satisfied.
Medirest: Help Desk Operator (Compass Group)
I assisted Northwick Park Hospital on the help desk where I booked jobs for the catering team, cleaning team and portering team and reported any issues within the hospital, I knew how important my role was as lives were depending on it. I worked here during the peak of the covid pandemic, it was a very eye-opening experience. I hope to work similar roles in the future as I feel that I am well trained in this sort of industry.
