Project Manager with a continual growing experience knowledge in Mission Critical Projects in particular Data Centers. In addition, knowledge in CSA, Refits, Cut & Carve, fit-out projects.

Planning and delivery of construction projects. Ensuring work is completed on time and within budget. Organising logistics, delegating work and keeping track of spending. Liaising with clients and construction professionals to arrange schedules and direct activities. Tracking project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals. Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members

Inspection and design capabilities, with a proficiency in planning. Working to high standards in Health & Safety Practices adhering to the guidelines of the country.

5+ years in Mission critical projects specifically Data Centres having worked home and abroad. Core trade experience gained from the civils branch of construction then branching into other areas when transferring to internal fitouts. 

Continually training and learning about MEP and Commissioning having found the data centre industry. 

I have acquired a Law LLB degree from the University if Kent which has aided in eye for detail and logical and critical thinking. I have successfully complete NVQ Level 6 Construction Manager course which has helped be acquire Manager's CSCS Card.

I am currently undertaking an NVQ LEVEL 7 - Construction Senior Manager which i should complete by the end of 2023, in addition to add to my Project Manager experience i am acquiring a PRINCE2 AGILE – Foundation & Practitioner.
