About Supattra Roberts (nee. Saengthong):

About myself, I'm 45 years old, now I have been living in Shelly court at Chester Le Street. I have graduated with a Diploma in Business Computer and BBA in English Business. I have worked in a retail shop in Bangkok which sells souvenirs to foreigners for over 6 years after graduated and in Hotel Industry for over 10 years afterwards. As a Customer assistant, I have learned how to keep the shop tidy and clean, how to make products look more interesting, upselling, tag the price, control the product store and cashier etc. 

In the hotel as a guest service agent/Assistant front office manager, I am very experienced in customer service and make positive feedback from guests in all social media platforms. I have interpersonal skills and multitask because we have to work with a lot of tasks at the same time on busy days and I’m a teams player.
