I work in customer service and have done for more than 10 years , I have worked in a customer facing role dealing with complaints , finding solutions to missing orders , processing new orders ,answering telephone enquires and ensuring the customer leaves feeling they have been assisted properly and all the questions and issues have been dealt with and a good result was reached all round .
